Compatibility use of brand names
Brand and model names are used only to identify the machines with which a part is compatible. SparesYard is not affiliated with or endorsed by JCB or any other manufacturer.
Genuine, aftermarket, used, reconditioned
Sellers must describe every product's condition and origin accurately. "Genuine" may be used only for parts made by or for the original manufacturer, with documentary proof. Counterfeit products and products bearing a trademark without authorisation are prohibited.
Notice and takedown
A rights owner (or its authorised agent) may notify our Grievance Officer through the "Chat with us" button on this website of a listing that infringes its rights, giving: the listing address; the right concerned and proof of ownership; a statement of the infringement; the complainant's contact details; and a statement that the information is accurate. We will act expeditiously on a valid notice, including by disabling the listing and notifying the seller, who may respond with a counter-notice. Repeat infringers will be removed.
SparesYard's own rights
The SparesYard name, logo, design, software and compilation of data are owned by or licensed to AGSOFTECH. They may not be copied or used without written permission.
