Counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods; goods with false or misleading descriptions of condition, origin or specification; goods whose sale, possession or export is unlawful; hazardous goods not lawfully packed and declared; and goods the seller cannot actually supply.
Export controls and sanctions
Users must comply with the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, India's SCOMET controls and any sanctions applicable to them. Transactions with sanctioned countries, entities or persons, or for military or other prohibited end uses, are forbidden.
Listing standards
Listings must show the correct part number, condition, price (inclusive or exclusive of tax, as stated), minimum order quantity and stock, and the country of origin where required. We may edit, hide or remove non-compliant listings and suspend or terminate sellers who repeatedly breach this policy.
