Shipping and Delivery Policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
1. Sellers ship
Each seller ships the products it sells. The delivery method, time, cost, packing, insurance and Incoterms (for example EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF, under Incoterms 2020) are stated in the seller's quotation and agreed between buyer and seller. Risk and title pass as agreed in that contract.
2. Export and import
The seller is responsible for export formalities in India (including its IEC, export invoice, packing list and shipping bill) as agreed. Unless the quotation says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, licences and compliance in the destination country.
Delivery times quoted by sellers are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs and events beyond their control.
3. Restricted destinations
Shipments to countries, entities or persons under sanctions applicable to the seller, or for prohibited end uses, are not permitted. The "Deliver to" choice on the Platform tells sellers your preferred destination; not all sellers ship to all countries.
4. Shortages and damage
Inspect goods on arrival. Report shortages or visible damage to the carrier and the seller in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and other defects as set out in the Returns policy.
