Ratings and Reviews Policy

Genuine reviews only
Ratings must reflect the reviewer's own genuine experience of a seller. Paid, incentivised, fake or manipulated ratings, and ratings by sellers or their staff about themselves or competitors, are prohibited, in line with the principles of IS 19000:2022 (Online Consumer Reviews).
Moderation
Every rating is checked before publication. We publish favourable and unfavourable ratings alike and refuse or remove only ratings that breach this policy or the law, for example abusive, irrelevant, fraudulent or personal-data content. The reviewer's email is never published. Sellers may respond to ratings through SparesYard.
Tiers are not ratings
Seller tiers (Diamond, Gold, Silver and others) and the order in which sellers appear are determined by SparesYard and may reflect the seller's commercial arrangement with SparesYard. They are not ratings by buyers.
